I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the pool area was amazing and the grounds were well-kept, my room was in dire need of renovation. I faced some significant issues during my stay, including broken air conditioning and unresponsive service. However, the lagoon view was beautiful and made the stay more enjoyable overall.

We had a pleasant stay in a large, clean room with modern amenities and direct access to the pool. While the location wasn’t convenient for exploring Darwin without a car, the amenities were decent. The dining options left something to be desired, and we weren't impressed with the overall maintenance, especially around the casino area. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway.

The location is fantastic, right near the beach and local markets. However, the facilities were crowded on weekends, making it hard to relax by the pool. I recently enjoyed a two-night stay in a lagoon swim-up room, which was beautiful and had a stunning pool, although it could have been cleaner. The dining options were generally good, with highlights including a fantastic Italian restaurant, but there were quirks like a blocked view in the breakfast area. The staff overall did well, but there were some concerns with service at the lagoon bar. This resort, while showing signs of age, still feels like one of the best in the area.
